STEP 1
Complete the online order form, print it out and place order and payment inside one of the shoes to be resoled.

STEP 2
Put shoes in Priority Mail Envelope (or tape the Merchandise Return Label to any box) and fill in your return address. Large sizes, boots, and multiple pairs may require a box. If you need an envelope, we will send you one. Call us at 1-888-FIX-SHOE or E-Mail us.

STEP 3
Leave with your outgoing mail, or put in any of the 330,000 U.S. Postal Service Mail Boxes, or take to any Post Office. You don’t have to address or weigh the package.

Your shoes will be back on your feet in about 10 days.
