Put shoes in Priority Mail Envelope (or tape the Merchandise Return Label to any box) and fill in your return address. Large sizes, boots, and multiple pairs may require a box. If you need an envelope, we will send you one. Call us at 1-888-FIX-SHOE or E-Mail us.

STEP 3
Leave with your outgoing mail, or put in any of the 330,000 U.S. Postal Service Mail Boxes, or take to any Post Office. You don�t have to address or weigh the package.
